We begin with your specialized onboarding, to venue recommendations and visits, preferred vendors recommendations, monthly wedding planning timelines, guest management, transportation management and more. Our certified wedding and event planner will manage the many logistics of your wedding and support you throughout the entire process. Planning may begin 12 months or more before your special day.
Wedding Management/Day of Coordination
90% of planning is completed and now you wish to focus on your special day. No worries, we will manage the logistics so you can focus on your special day. We will partner with vendors, coordinate with venue staff, create day of timeline, manage rehearsal and oversee breakdown of event and more. Planning day of coordination may begin as soon as you wish.
Partial Wedding Planning
Couples who are hands on love planning their own wedding. Planning a wedding can be exiting and overwhelming; I applaud you! Partial planning is for couples wishing for support with vendors recommendations and management, monthly wedding planning timelines, floor plans, budgeting and day of logistics. We will support your learning the necessary steps and processes to make certain you have a seamless event. Partial Planning services begin 6+ months before your special day.
Design Services
Logistics is secured and all set, but what about the dreamy decor and designs. This is perfect for couples who want special attention to creating a beautiful and memorable wedding. We will provide recommendations for color palette, create a mood board, centerpiece recommendations, floral designs, secure decor and furniture rentals and more.
